Membership Legal Policies

Membership Description

Your Membership provides you with free standard shipping within Canada on eligible Prairie Clean Litter products for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. It is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

Eligibility

You must be a resident of Canada, at least 18 years old, and have a valid Canadian shipping address to purchase and use the Membership.

Billing and Pricing

The Membership requires a one-time, non-recurring payment. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Prairie Clean Enterprises reserves the right to adjust pricing for new members without affecting existing members.

Member Conduct

You agree to use the Membership for personal, non-commercial use only. Abuse, resale, or sharing of membership benefits may result in termination without refund.

Limitations

Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within eligible Canadian regions. Remote and rural addresses may be subject to additional fees or exclusions.

Modification and Termination

Prairie Clean Enterprises reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership program at any time with 30 days’ notice. If terminated early, you may be entitled to a prorated refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and applicable federal Canadian laws.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Prairie Clean Litter Membership at any time by contacting support@prairiecleanlitter.ca. However, the one-time membership fee is non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Upon cancellation: your free shipping benefits will end immediately. No future billing will occur (as the membership is not a subscription). If you cancel within 7 days and have not used the benefit, you may be eligible for a refund.

Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@prairiecleanlitter.ca. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by arbitration in the Province of Saskatchewan under Canadian law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prairie Clean Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Membership program or website use. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Membership.

Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Saskatchewan, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
